Breakfast Point is a suburb in Inner West Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is part of the local government area of the City of Canada Bay. The suburb is bounded by the Parramatta River in the North and it sits between Yaralla Bay to the West and France Bay in the South-East. The suburb receives its name from when Captain John Hunter’s exploration of the river stopped in the area to eat breakfast with William Bradley.

There is not much commercial activity here. The Mortlake Gas Works of the Australian Gaslight Company was in operation in the area until 1998 and currently the area is slated for urban housing redevelopment. Notable in the area is the Silkstone Park on Rosewater Circuit and the Breakfast Point Country Club.
