Exeter is a suburb in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia and was named after the birth city of James Badgery who founded the village. James Badgery had initially operated a farm named after his hometown and the name spread to the rest of the area later on.
The town is served by the Exeter railway station on the Southern Highlands line.
